I like Cubase for it’s features for mixing and mastering. I think they could use another tool for more advanced mastering effects like reverb and flange. The menu system is not nearly as flexible and powerful as in ProTools or Nuendo. I will tell you that I love the Alpha clone control for adjusting my recording level and the Qmaster for accurately leveling and EQing my mic.
